Yes. We are licensed and insured, we pull permits in our own name, and we carry the insurance certificates condo and HOA associations ask for before work starts.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years of workmanship on every project, ten years of structural coverage on major renovations, and whatever the manufacturer warranty on the materials provides on top of that.
Who manages the subcontractors?
We do. You get one point of contact for the whole project rather than chasing five separate trades.
How do payments work?
A deposit, then draws tied to completed milestones, with the final payment held until your punch list is finished.
