Short version: we only use what you tell us to quote and do your job. We never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the estimate form on this site, it builds a message out of what you type and hands it to your own phone, WhatsApp or email app — nothing is stored on this website. When you call, text, message or email us, we keep your name, contact details and what you told us about your project so we can quote it and do the work.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, book your estimate, write your quote and carry out the work. That is it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the people needed to do your job — for example a licensed trade working on your project, a supplier delivering material, or the building department when we pull your permit. Each one only gets what they actually need.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to service your project and honour your warranty, and to meet the record-keeping the state requires of a licensed contractor.
Website measurement
Our website host records basic, anonymous visit counts so we can see which pages people use. That does not identify you personally.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will — unless we are legally required to keep a record. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, say so and we will stop.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version goes on this page.
