Financing for home renovations

Most people do not have a kitchen sitting in a savings account. Ask us about financing on the walkthrough and we will show you the project as a monthly number instead of one big one.

How it works

  1. 1. Free walkthrough

We look at the space, take real measurements and talk through what you actually want. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 2. Written itemized estimate

Line items and dollar allowances, so you can see exactly what your money buys — and what a cheaper bid left out.

  3. 3. Talk through the money

We go over financing options and how the payment schedule works, so you can look at the project as a monthly number.

  4. 4. Fixed price, then we build

The price is locked before demo day. A deposit to start, then draws tied to finished milestones.

Know the number before you decide

Every estimate we write is itemized, with a fixed price locked in before demo day. You are never guessing what the total will be, and nothing is due for work that has not happened yet.

Or split the job into stages

If the whole project is more than you want to take on right now, we will price it in phases and start with the part that matters most. That is a normal way to do this, not a consolation prize.

Common questions

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We can walk you through financing options during your free estimate so you can see the project as a monthly number instead of one lump sum. Bring it up on the walkthrough and we will go over what fits your project.

Does asking about financing cost me anything?

No. The walkthrough and the written itemized estimate are free either way, and there is no obligation to use financing or to hire us.

How do payments work if I do not finance?

A deposit to start, then draws tied to completed milestones, with the final payment held until your punch list is finished. Nothing is due for work that has not happened yet.

Can I finance part of the job and pay cash for the rest?

Yes. Plenty of homeowners cover part of the project out of pocket and finance the rest. We can price the work in phases so you can decide what to do now and what to do later.

Will you help me phase the project to fit my budget?

Yes, and we would rather do that than watch you overextend. We can break the scope into stages, price each one separately, and start with the part that matters most to you.
