Is refacing actually worth it, or should I just replace?
If the boxes are solid and the layout works, refacing gets you most of the look for roughly a third to a half of the cost. If the boxes are swollen, sagging or the layout is wrong, replacement is the honest answer and we will say so.
How long does refacing take?
Usually 3–6 working days on site once the doors arrive, and you keep using the kitchen most of that time.
Can you change the colour completely?
Yes. Dark boxes can go light and the reverse, because every visible face gets new material rather than a coat of paint over the old finish.
