What to know about cabinet refacing in Riviera Beach

Riviera Beach covers both mainland neighborhoods and Singer Island condo towers, and the two follow very different permit and association paths.

Riviera Beach housing is mostly 1950s–1970s single-family homes and Singer Island oceanfront condominiums, which shapes what a realistic scope and budget look like here. We factor that into the estimate instead of handing you a generic square-foot number.

Included in every Riviera Beach project

  • Inspection of the existing boxes so you know they are worth keeping
  • New doors and drawer fronts in your chosen style
  • Matching veneer or paint on every visible box face
  • New hinges, soft-close slides and handles
  • Interior shelving repaired or replaced where needed
  • Crown, light rail and filler trim
  • Countertop and backsplash coordination if you are changing those too

  4. 4

    Install

  5. 5

    Punch list & warranty

Every door and drawer adjusted so the gaps line up, then the warranty.

Common questions

Is refacing actually worth it, or should I just replace?

If the boxes are solid and the layout works, refacing gets you most of the look for roughly a third to a half of the cost. If the boxes are swollen, sagging or the layout is wrong, replacement is the honest answer and we will say so.

How long does refacing take?

Usually 3–6 working days on site once the doors arrive, and you keep using the kitchen most of that time.

Can you change the colour completely?

Yes. Dark boxes can go light and the reverse, because every visible face gets new material rather than a coat of paint over the old finish.

Do you reface bathroom vanities too?

Yes, the same approach works on vanities and built-ins.
